How to order online and other purchase options
All products sold by DollarRider have an "add to cart" button, which will place the product into a virtual shopping cart. You can remove items from the shopping cart by selecting the checkbox next to the item and clicking update.
For your convenience there is a link to the shopping cart on every page in the upper right corner.
When you are ready to purchase click checkout and enter your address information. You can have your address information pre-filled if you shopped with us in the past. The shipping address can be different than the billing address.
The final step is to enter your credit card information and to submit your order. You'll get a receipt online that you can print out for your records and we will also email you a copy to the email address you provide. We do not store your credit card information.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and most Debit cards. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number to match the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. You don't have to pay for your order until it is actually on its way to you. At the time of your order we will authorize the total amount and only when your order ships will we charge your credit card. Orders placed with DollarRider are being processed through a secured 128-bit SSL encryption.
Do I have to pay sale tax?
Customers outside of California do not have to pay sales tax. Californians are automatically charged their local sales tax rate.
Order Status and Product Availability
We are sending email notifications with tracking numbers for all orders that ship UPS. Smaller and lightweight items are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail and don't come with tracking number.
